i-pay.io ("we," "our," or "us") facilitates fiat payment processing that converts into crypto via third-party providers, through our website located at https://i-pay.io (collectively the "Services" or "i-pay.io"). Before using our Services, please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully, along with any additional policies referenced herein.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;

  2. You are legally competent to enter into these Terms;

  3. You understand that i-pay.io is not a financial institution, payment provider, or wallet operator.
     

We act solely as a facilitator connecting you with third-party services that provide fiat-to-crypto payment processing, KYC verification, and settlement infrastructure. We do not hold client funds, transactions are processed automatically via secured smart contracts.

We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All decisions to engage in transactions using third-party services linked through our platform are made at your own discretion and risk.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using our Services, you agree to our collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

UPDATES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be made available via our website. Continued use of the Services after any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

ELIGIBILITY

You may use i-pay.io only if:

  • You don’t intend to receive funds from any sanctioned country or restricted jurisdiction;

  • Your use of the Services does not violate applicable laws in your country of residence or operation;

We may modify eligibility criteria at our discretion and reserve the right to restrict access to our Services at any time.

NATURE OF SERVICES

i-pay.io provides access to fiat payment acceptance tools for high-risk and hard-to-place industries by connecting merchants with:

  • Third-party KYC and compliance providers;

  • Fiat on-ramp processors.
     

We do not generate, nor store merchants private keys, receive fiat funds from customers, or hold balances on behalf of any party.

KYC approval, bank/card processing and crypto conversion, is conducted off-site by third-parties.

DIGITAL ASSET TRANSACTIONS

All transactions initiated via i-pay.io are routed to third-party payment networks.

We do not control or guarantee the:

​

  • Eligibility of your clients to pay

  • Completion of a payment;

  • Processing times;
     

We are not liable for delays, failures, or errors caused by third parties.

FEES

All applicable fees for transactions, setup, or facilitation are clearly communicated during onboarding or account creation. i-pay.io itself does not directly collect funds, yet receives a portion of the processing fee for the facilitation and transfer, managed by the smart contract.

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

i-pay.io integrates functionalities that allow access to various third-party services.

These services operate independently and are subject to their own terms. i-pay.io does not control or guarantee their performance and disclaims liability for any issues that may arise in their use.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or disruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control,

including but not limited to:

  • Technical failures in blockchain networks

  • Regulatory changes

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and platform design elements on i-pay.io are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our service for commercial purposes without written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and platform solely for your internal business purposes.
